Ask Eyes of Rome to get you past long lines at the Vatican
Eyes of Rome provides Skip the Line services for entering the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica. However, this does NOT exempt anyone from passing through the security check, for which there may be a short wait. For those of you who would like to avoid lines at the Vatican Museums entrance or the entrance to St. Peter's Basilica, Eyes of Rome has you covered.
Even during the quieter times of the year for tourism, there can be a long line for the security check into Saint Peter’s Basilica. During the spring and fall, the line is around an hour, often in the summer the line is almost 2 hours long. If you would like to ‘Skip the Line’ to St. Peter's Basilica, or the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel please contact us at info@eyesofrome.com to check ticket availability. When booking a tour of the same, we highly recommend allowing us to book these tickets for you together with your tour, to maximize your time with you guide, so you can get through the line and on with your tour.
Again, no one is exempt from the security check under any circumstances. However, your Eyes of Rome Skip the Line tickets will get you to the front of the line so you can enjoy the rest of your tour!

But is it possible to pay the extra 15 euros and cut the line down on the Vatican Museums as well or is it limited to only st peters?
Hello Adam,
Unfortunately there will still be a separate line for the security into the Vatican Museums and there is no additional fee available to pay to avoid this but the tickets you buy through Eyes of Rome will allow you to access a separate line that is far shorter and quicker to get through and is usually reserved for tour groups so you won't be waiting long at all!
